The pricing assistant for online sellers
Tell it what you want from your prices. Eracolo does the work.
Eracolo reads competitor prices on any site, comparison sites and marketplaces included, proposes yours, and carries long jobs through on its own. It never touches a price without your yes.
Try it free for 14 daysOne line from you. An afternoon's work from Eracolo.
It isn't a repricer with a chat box bolted on. It's an analyst you hand a whole job to: it plans it, does it, and comes back with the numbers and a proposal.

Everything an analyst would do. And a few things an analyst can't.
Big job or small, the rule doesn't change: Eracolo proposes, you decide. Every price, every page, every program it writes goes through your limits and waits for your yes.
Writes its own programs
Whatever has to be done the same way every time, it turns into a program: tried on your data, versioned, ready to run again when you ask or when it's time.
Uses the web like a person
It searches, opens pages, clicks through menus and offer lists. There's no site it can't read, not even the ones that keep bots out. And it leaves you a screenshot of every page it read.
Handles thousands of products, for hours
It matches or checks thousands of products in parallel. An afternoon's work is never lost: if something stops, it picks up where it was.
Has all your numbers to hand
Catalogue, costs, stock, sales order by order, every competitor price ever read. It queries all of it, and builds you the dashboards you want.
Reads your files and makes new ones
Send it your supplier's price list and it imports it, column by column. Ask for a report and the Excel comes back.
Doesn't stop when you close the chat
A project gives it a goal, a budget and tasks that run on a schedule or when the market moves. Until the job is done.
Always checking. Never deciding on its own.
- 01
Tell it what you care about
The way you'd tell a colleague, in the app or in Slack. It asks where your customers compare prices, goes looking for your products there, and shows you the pages before watching them.
- 02
It reads the pages for you
Every approved page is read at the times you choose, three times a day unless you say otherwise. Seller by seller: price, shipping, stock, with a screenshot.
- 03
It proposes. You approve.
When the market moves, your rules work out the price and Eracolo puts it in front of you. Tick the ones you want, approve, and it publishes. Then it tells you how it went.
Watch Trovaprezzi for the coffee range and keep us the cheapest, but never under 18% markup.
I found 24 of your 26 coffee products on Trovaprezzi. Two I'm unsure of (a 500 g pack listed beside the 1 kg), so I left them unticked. Once you approve the pages, I'll check them three times a day and propose prices under one rule: match the cheapest in stock, markup at least 18%.

You set the limits. Eracolo doesn't move them.
A few rules, read top to bottom: for each product, the first one that fits decides. Each rule says who it applies to, the price it aims for and the limits it keeps: minimum markup, minimum price, how far a price may move in a week. A price that would break one stays put, and you know at once what it would take to let it through.
Want to change something? Say it in your own words: it writes the new version, shows you every price that would move, and waits. An old proposal approved late never undoes work done since.

Give it a goal and a budget. It works until it's done.
Pricing a new channel, understanding a drop in sales, running a promotion: a project says what the goal is and how it's measured. Eracolo sets up the tasks it takes: they run on schedule, react when a rival runs out of stock or a cost moves, and send you the reports you asked for.
Each project has a monthly budget, and everything its tasks propose waits for you in one place.

The details that make a price right.
Comparison sites, every seller
Trovaprezzi, Idealo and the marketplaces read seller by seller. Every rival's offer counts, not just the lowest price at the top of the page.
Only the same product
The 500 g pack beside your kilo, an accessory, another colour: every offer is checked against your product before it counts.
Old prices stop counting
A price read is good for 7 days, or as many as you decide. A page that can't be read never leaves a two-week-old price doing today's job.
Your store, connected
Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop: products, prices, stock and sales come in by themselves. Costs, from your supplier's feed.
A price list per channel
Shop, Amazon, a Google Shopping feed: each with its own rules and limits, published where it belongs.
Where you already work
Talk to it in the app or in Slack. Approvals wait in both: answer in one and the question closes everywhere.

The questions we always get
What can I ask it?
Anything about your prices, your competitors and your catalogue: a question about the numbers, a report every week, a new channel to price, a drop to explain. If it takes many steps, it opens a project and keeps you posted there.
Will it change my prices on its own?
Only if you tell it to. Every rule has its own autonomy: “Ask me” (the default) or apply on its own, within its limits. A price outside the limits never goes through, whoever asks.
What are credits?
The currency of the work. Checking a page has a fixed price, 1 to 17 credits depending on how hard the site is to read, so you know your spend in advance; a failed check costs nothing. The rest (the assistant's reasoning, searches) costs what it uses. Settings Usage shows where every credit went.
Which sites can it read?
Practically all of them: shops, marketplaces, comparison sites, even the ones that block bots, read through residential connections. For each site Eracolo sets up once, for everyone, how to read it, and keeps the evidence of every price read.
Where is my data?
In Europe: servers in Germany, the database in Ireland. Your store's credentials sit encrypted in a vault, and the assistant never sees them.
